Linda Weaver Beacham Awarded 2009 Public Policy Volunteer of the Year

The Chamber is fortunate to have an active corps of volunteers supporting our multi-level public policy efforts. Linda is a stellar example of the high level of engagement we depend on to make our policy efforts so successful. Linda serves as Chair of our Transportation & Public Works focus group. She offered supporting testimony several times, in addition to leading a Task Force on infrastructure financing during 2009. Linda heads up the Lincoln office of The Schemmer Associates, and she has been an active Chamber member for many years. We appreciate Linda for her leadership and congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.
